Definition of Input
For the purposes of this policy, “Input” encompasses any text, passage, link, image file, sound file, video file, and any other file or data you transmit to us while utilizing our Services. Definition of Generative Services
(“Generative Services”) refer to features within our Services that utilize large language models or third-party large language model APIs to enhance functionality. These services are characterized by their ability to generate outputs, such as questions, exercises, level adaptations, reading passages, and writing revisions or enhancements. The nature of these services involves creating outputs rather than performing analytical functions. Please note that this list of generative tools provided is non-exhaustive and may expand over time without prior notice. Here is the list:

Use of Third-Party Services
In the pursuit of enhancing the functionality and performance of the Generative Services, the Company integrates various third-party large language model providers.
Data Processing with Third-Party Providers
The User acknowledges that any data or ‘Inputs’ submitted through the Generative Services utilizing third-party large language model providers are processed under the auspices of such third-party technologies. Accordingly, the management, deletion, and retention of such Inputs will conform to the privacy policies of these third-party providers. While the Company is committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy in cooperation with these third-party providers, Users are advised to review the respective privacy policies to understand the treatment of their data.
Security and Privacy of Input
We are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of your Input. Access to your Input is strictly limited to prevent exposure to other users, companies, or institutions. You Input might be shared with third party large language model providers if you use Generative Services.
Registered Users
As a registered user, you have the ability to access your history, which includes all Inputs previously analyzed. This feature is designed for your convenience. Additionally, registered users may:
- Opt for the “Do Not Save My Input” setting, which ensures that texts analyzed are not saved on our servers.
- Clear their history, removing all previously analyzed Inputs from our servers.
Anonymous Users
Inputs analyzed by anonymous or unregistered users are kept secure and private on our servers until they are either anonymized or deleted. Such anonymization or deletion processes are conducted every 3 months.
Internal Usage
The results derived from your use of our Services may be utilized by our internal team to enhance the accuracy and quality of our Services.
Exclusion from Internal Usage for Enterprise Users
Enterprise users entering into a service agreement with us will have their Inputs automatically excluded from internal use, affirming our commitment to privacy and data protection at an enterprise level.Furthermore, for enterprise users who prefer not to utilize their history, we offer an additional feature: “deletion on the fly.” This ensures that all data is deleted immediately after the service is performed, further enhancing data security and privacy.
